The AWR1642 BGA BALL height is typ 0.27-0.37 descript in datasheet. Customer wants to understand which standard is followed in this +-0.05mm accuracy?

Do we have any documents or external standard to support this?

This variation in height is coming from our package manufacturability constraints. These are not based on an external standard.
