Hello, 

When I try to run the cloud demo, I get a message saying that I should download the TICloudAgentBridge even though I have already downloaded it. Is there a way around this error?

Given the eval board that I am using, which of the automotive demos can I run?

I am trying to run the vehicle occupant detection demo, but when I run the matlab exe from the command line, nothing populates the heat map or car demo. Is there anything extra I need to do to my eval board?

    Hi,

    1. Allow me to get back to you on the TICloudAgent problem, I will see if I can reproduce it from my end. 
    2. By automotive demos, are you referring to all automotive demos or just ones for the interior of the vehicle? If referring to Incabin only, the two that are best suited for the device would be overhead_mount_occupancy and incabin_gesture_sensing, so I would recommend that the customer starts there.
    3. Did the customer follow the steps in the user guide exactly? It is hard to know without additional information but I would suspect that the hardware jumpers and/or switches may be configured improperly, or that they did not select the option to load the configuration file to the device.

    1. Hopefully we can get this fixed soon so they can use our device. Please reach out to me dajon@ti.com with results and if you need more details from customer. I am FAE on account.

    2. They would like to have the Occupancy Detection Demo up and running because it will be included in their proof of concept and closely aligns with their project. The question is if the EVM will support ALL demos. Please advice - Thanks!

    3. Yes, the customer has followed the steps in the manual and said that he has flashed the device and switches are primarily set to zero and a bunch are labeled not applicable. 

    Console of customer...

    GUI is blank...

    This is a priority for us so please help to take a look as soon as possible. Thanks again!

    Hi Dajon,

    1. I was not able to reproduce this issue on my end, so I would encourage either you or the customer to go through e2e and look at the similar threads related to TiCloudAgent. Since it is a browser plugin, its a bit finnicky and dependent on your browser, your firewall, your PC permissions, etc. There are quite a few threads on it so I think you will find more info there.
    2. This EVM certainly does not support ALL demos, many of the automotive demos for exterior of the vehicle use a different frequency band, and some are also dependent on the antenna pattern. 
    3. I ran this demo on my local system using a 6843AOP EVM and used matching cli commands and had no issues running the demo (screenshot below). I would recommend they go through the steps again to be sure everything is configured properly. One thing they can test is that if they can connect to the application com port with baud rate 115200, do they see the message appear that states what demo they are running? I will include a screenshot below.
