from this document AWR2243 Bootloader Flow (ti.com), there is a cortex-R4F inside as below. but from datasheet of awr2243 , there is no R4F.

There is a Cortex-R4F inside the Main Subsytem i.e. MSS. MSS R4F is the processor used for running TI's Functional Firmware stored in the ROM that helps in the execution of the API calls issued by the host processor. It is not a customer programmable core and hence it is not mentioned in the datasheet explicitly.
