Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AWR2243
Dear TI Experts,
I have tried to check spurious emissions of AWR2243 by using AWR2243BOOST. Attached files are snapshots of the measured results appeared in a spectrum analyzer.
In the 77GHz CW measurements we have very low spurious emissions between 60 -90GHz, But in the infinite frame transmission, start frequency is 77GHz & BW is 901MHz, we have spurious emission in the 11GHz lower and higher position. The problem is the level seems almost comparable. In the measurements, spurious emissions generated in the connected external mixer itself were supposed to be killed. MmWave studio was used in the operation of the AWR2243BOOST.
Could you let me know your thought about the possible chip condition to generate these phenomena? For example,
(1) the chip should be healthy and this is the normal phenomena
(2) these should be possible results when some parameter settings were inappropriate in the infinite frame operation
(3)the chip should be damaged.
I would appreciate it very much if you could give us some advice and/or tips before our next measurements.
