Hi Cesar,

 I can get the Visualizer downloaded but it is a temporary copy. I would like to make it a permanent copy on my computer since the link expires after some time. I have other visualizers e.g. 2.0 downloaded and they are permanent: I do not have to reload every time I turn on my computer. 

When you download it do you get the following file?

mmWave_Demo_Visualizer_3.5.0_installer_win.zip

Unzip it and run "mmWave_Demo_Visualizer-3.5.0.setup-win_7.4.2.exe" to install the visualizer.

Are you able to get at this point in the installation process?

Thanks for replying.

Yes, I am able to get to that point. the file is loaded in folder C:>Users (Lm)>guicomposer>runtime>gccomposer.V7>mmWave_Demo_Visualizer.  Any special instruction form here? 

There is a "launcher.exe" in the folder. Run it and the offline visualizer should start

I have launched and run the visualizer but it is only temporary and I lose it with a message, " The launcher exec that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut no longer works properly". The same thing occurs in the  Windows Texas instrument directory.

Do you double click directly on the "guicomposer\runtime\gcruntime.v7\mmWave_Demo_Visualizer\launcher.exe" or do you have a shortcut to this executable?

I created a  Demo-visuaizer shortcut but it is only temporary. It does not behave like the others I have used before where the shortcut is always available.  It seems I have a problem with the TI Cloud Agent,

During my investigation, I get errors such as:

   Cannot delete file C:/Users/lmora/AppData/Local/Temp/bitrock_installer_2896.log

and 

Microsoft JScript compilation error from the Proxy folder in TI CloudAgent  folder of the  User DataPort. 

I have not used a shortcut in my setup.

Can you execute "guicomposer\runtime\gcruntime.v7\mmWave_Demo_Visualizer\launcher.exe" directly by double clicking on it?
