My customer has a design with the PGA460TPW.

Can they also use the PGA460TPW-Q1 instead ?

What are the differences between the PGA460TPW and the PGA460TPW-Q1 ?

Hello Ueli,

There are no functional differences in operation between the PGA460 and the PGA460-Q1. The only difference is in that the PGA460-Q1 will be automotive grade (AEC-Q100 qualified), whereas the PGA460 will be rated for applications not requiring the automotive qualification.

To summarize, you can use the PGA460TPW-Q1 in an application that was designed for the PGA460TPW.
