Good day.
Our customer have issues acquiring data from TIDEP-01012. They struggle with the number of acquisitions. e.g. He program that the instruments are sending/receiving 65000 frames but after finishing the acquisitions, there are always around 5-10% of the data missing.
1. What could go wrong? Are there some limitations that they oversaw?
2. Did they calculate the "capture_time" wrong? How is it defined based on the chirp/frame parameters?
