DCA1000EVM: Applied 16V Across DCA1000EVM. Is it over?

Hi all

I accidentally applied  between 16V to 24V across the DCA1000EVM. Now the LEDs that used to turn on are off. I assume it's dead. Is it all just over for the board now?
