IWR1443BOOST: MSS firmware version failure

Can you try the default LUA script?   C:\ti\mmwave_studio_02_01_01_00\mmWaveStudio\Scripts\DataCaptureDemo_xWR.lua

Can you also try a different power supply?

However, MSS firmware version remains "0.0.0.0".

I would like you to tell me the cause of this and how to deal with it.

I don't know how to use "TI mmWave Training" in the URL from you.

I'm getting this error form this part of this page, but I'm wondering what to do because "Code Composer Studio 10.4.0" doesn't cortain "workspace_v10 / mmv_mss_14xx / xwr14xx_mmw_mss.bin".

Since you are not changing the source code and just need to run the default demo.  You can skip step 2 and step3 and directly work on step 4.  And when running the demo, skip step 5.1/5.2/5.3, and directly working on 5.4. 

Basically, all you need to do is

1) Flash the demo binary located at: C:\ti\mmwave_sdk_02_01_00_04\packages\ti\demo\xwr14xx\mmw\xwr14xx_mmw_demo.bin.  The flashing step is listed in section 4.3

2) Change the SOP setting as listed at the end of section 4.3. 

3) Run the demo by running an older version of demo visualizer https://dev.ti.com/gallery/view/mmwave/mmWave_Demo_Visualizer/ver/2.1.0/

I set up the TI mmWave Training as instructed by you, but the IWR1443BOOST did not work as shown in the picture below.

As a result of trying the mmWave Sensors ► Industrial Toolbox ► labs ► vital Signs in the Resource Explorer, I was able to set up it as shown in the picture below.

Form this the result, I used the mmWave studio, but it didn't work as before.

I would like to have the next solution.

In fact, I have another IWR1443BOOST. This IWR1443 can work the mmWave studio normally. So I exchanged the non-working IWR1443 with another one.

As a result, the mmWave studio can operate. Therefore I suspect that the non-working IWR1443 has been broken since when I bought it.

Please reply here as well.
