IWR6843ISK: Fall detection is not working

If you go the the following location in the toolbox shown in the below image, ("Your drive location"\ti\mmwave_industrial_toolbox_4_8_0\labs\people_counting\visualizer\docs)

there is a "ba_visualizer_user_guide.html" which has a section on Using Fall Detection. Since you are listing the part number you are using as IWR6843ISK you will want to use the ISK_6m_default.cfg. 

Are you able to track and detect a person? This demo will only work when tracking and detecting 1 person and the falls reset after 5 seconds. 

There is a Fall Detection Threshold value that you will need to fine tune for your specific use case and environmental conditions. You can analyze the Delta Height graph on the right panel to evaluate what is an appropriate threshold.
