AWR1843BOOST: Capturing data of a sensor network with DAC1000 and hardware trigger

Hallo Experts,

I would like to capture some raw data of a sensor network. The network architecture can be seen in the figure at the end. Is it possible to trigger the second AWR1843BOST board by hardware and capture both data of both sensors with the DAC1000 board? I would like to start the capturing process by mmWave studio.

Hello,

This setup would not be possible. Only one DCA1000 can be used on a PC at any given time. If you want to use two DCA1000, you would need two separate PC, two separate instances of mmWave Studio, etc. to capture data from each DCA1000.

I have not tried to connect 2 DCA1000 boards to same PC. Worst case, you may need 2 PCs
