IWR1843: Everything Needed for Measuring Heart Rates

I am a 5th year engineering student working on a capstone project. We were tasked with using a mmWave sensor to measure heart rates and breathing rates, and chose the iwr1843. We were told by a mentor we may need antennae or other parts to connect to the sensor to receive and emit the signal for monitoring. We were wondering if there was any list or known materials we would need.
