A customer has problem on MMWCAS-DSP-EVM and MMWCAS-RF-EVM, we do not have these EVMs here, so can you help me to fix this issue?

I have two questions about the cascading development board of MMWCAS-DSP-EVM and MMWCAS-RF-EVM.
I hope I can get your help.
First problem: When the development board is connected to my PC,
the indicator light of the network port of the development board will not turn on, which will make it impossible for me to use the development board for experiments.
The actual situation is shown in Figure 1 below. In addition, I changed the network cable and tried to connect to the PC several times, but I couldn't connect successfully.
How to deal with this situation?
Second problem: The round port power port of the development board cannot supply power to the development board (the power supply meets 12V and 5A when supplying power),
but the standby power interface can supply power to the development board after being powered on.
The actual situation is shown in Figure 2.
How to solve the problem that the round port power supply cannot supply power?
