Hello Sudhakaran,

The XDS200 can be purchased here: https://www.ti.com/tool/TMDSEMU200-U#order-start-development or from a distributor like Digikey.

The USB2ANY can also be ordered from TI here: https://www.ti.com/tool/USB2ANY#order-start-development. However it is usually included with device EVMs that require it, such as the PGA970EVM.
