MMWAVEICBOOST: mmwaveicboost won't power on

Part Number: MMWAVEICBOOST

I have a mmwaveicboost board connected to a IVR6843AOPEVM. I've followed the instructions in the video https://training.ti.com/hardware-setup-mmwaveicboost-and-antenna-module?context=1128486-1139154-1147568 but my ICBOOST board refuses to power up.

Any suggestions? I received it this week.

Hello Peter,

Apologies for the delay in reply due to holidays.

What is the rating of the power supply used in this case? It seems that 5V is not reaching to the various components in the board, Could you please check if the jumper P3 is getting 5V and ensure there is no DC connectivity between the 5V entry and Jumper?

Hello Peter,

Could you please share pictures (top and bottom) sides of the board under not working conditions.

Is the LEDs are lit up as per the userguide?

The LED's do not light up. I cannot get images to post as the images I have are on my computer, not hosted online.

I'm using a 5 V, 2.5 A Center positive power supply with a 2.1 mm barrel connector as specified in the user guide. However I just tested the power supply 9I'm using one where I have a slider switch to set the voltage and it seems that the 5 Volt switch position isn't working.

Its new out of the box so I didn't think to check.
