TMP1075: Temperature Response Time

TMP1075 makes a temperature measurement every 27.5ms by default. That is equivalent to 36Hz sampling rate. Response time for sensors is limited by the thermal mass of their packaging, so we would expect all sensors in the same package to have the same response time. We don't have data available for TMP1075, but other sensors generally respond to stirred oil within 1s. The PCB mass is also a limiting factor in this testing.
