TMP236: looking for LTC2997HDCB replacement

Hi Sir,

We are using LTC2997HDCB now, could you help to recommend a pin to pin or similar function part to replace? Better to have stock/good supply.

Customer used LTC2997HDCB by placing it close to heat source (locally).

    Thank you for posting to the Sensing forum.

    We do not have a pin-to-pin compatible part for this package, and it seems that the customer is not currently using the remote functionality. The TMP236 has improved local sensor accuracy, with a max of ±1 °C. However, the sensor gain is 19.5 mV/°C and this change will need to be taken into account. Is this something that may work for them, and do they have other specific system requirements that must be taken into account?
