Hi Sir,

Table 5 in datasheet, can the fan control correspon to the duty cycle of PWM?

if can , at what temperature can LM63 automatically have 100% duty cycle?

Hello Tommy,

Yes, the PWM entry x in the fan control register corresponds to the PWM duty cycle.

See page 31 of the datasheet as well. This describes how you can implement your own look up table. In this example, 105C provides 100% duty cycle.
