Hi,TI expert!

According to MMWave Cascade User's Guide 8.3.2.2:

Capture the data by running the lua script for MIMO use case while keeping the Corner reflector in boresight at around 5 meters. There should not be any strong reflector nearby.

I have two questions：

question1：so does calibration have to be done in a dark room,or somewhere else?

question2：What are the effects of not calibrating, or using the default calibration matrix？Is the cascade connection make it necessary to calibrate？

    Hi,

    Question 1: Calibration has to be performed in a space where there are no other strong reflectors nearby.

    Question 2: Using the default calibration matrix will result in detection results which are less accurate.

    I encourage you to perform some testing. Calibration may not be needed
