AWR1843AOPEVM: Using ROS Point Cloud Visualizer with EVM

Hi,

I'd like to try to replicate the ROS Driver lab from the Resource Explorer (linked here here) on my module, which is the AWR1843AOPEVM. I've gone through all of the steps in this lab and I've been able to use rviz with a different EVM, but it seems that the module I'm interested in is not supported. There's no corresponding launch file and it's not listed in the README as a supported part. I tried to use the AWR1843 launch file, but this did not work. Are there plans to release an update that supports the AWR1843AOPEVM?

Hi,

At this point there are no plans from our team to support AWR1843AOP with ROS.

We would have to open this question to the forum community. In the past there have been members of the forum who worked with ROS on some of our platforms.

No technical reason. Mostly resources availability at specific times
