Hi,

The customer owns the latest Ver.D board, but the board they recently purchased additionally was the old Rev.B.

Is it not possible to exchange it?
What is the difference between Rev.B and D?

Hi Hiroshi-san,

You could refer to the below pdf document which elaborate the change list between various versions of the board.

This is captured in the design document shown below.

Currently all the e-store IWR6843ISK EVMs are rev D.

If this is purchased through the distribution channel then you may have to discuss with them on the return policy.
