TMP422: Problems with Radiated Radio Frequency Susceptibility 600MHz -800MHz

Part Number: TMP422

Hello E2E Team

I have a problem with a tmp422. Under EMI condition (Radiated Radio Frequency Susceptibility 600MHz -800MHz ) my circuit measures wrong temperatures at the DX3/DX4 Sensor. The real temperature is ~40°C but the measured temperature at DX3 DX4 is up to 110°C . Have you heard about such problems from others.  Is it a problem to have ~23cm track length? Can you advise a better solution to implement a less EMI insensitive circiut?

Distance Transistor Sensor2 to TMP422 ~40mm

Distance Transistor Sensor3 to TMP422 ~230mm

Problem: Real temperature ~40°C vs. measured temperature at DX3 DX4 +110°C during EMI 600MHz-800MHz with 110V/m

Thank you for your help

Regards

Stephan
