DCA1000EVM: mmWave Studio

Hi,

I got a DCA1000 and IWR6843. I have used the mmWave studio to get the raw data with IWR1443. But I don't know why it doesn't work when I use IWR6843. The error is shown in figure. I change the version of mmWave studio.

    Hello Wu, 

    What is the current version of mmWave Studio you're using? 

    Have you made the jumper settings are correct and you're using the board in SOP 2 mode?

    A few more debug options to make the COM port is accessible :

    1. Can you please ensure that the COM port used for RS232 connection is not being used by any other application. We have see this happen a lot of times.

    2. If that is not the case, try and connect to that COM port through some serial application like Teraterm, to make sure the port is accessible.
