TMP1075: TMP1075 to support CRIT function

Thanks for the extra detail about what you are looking for. The TMP1075 has ALERT pin which is open drain, as the LM77 has. With TMP1075, you would want to use this pin in comparator mode (TM = 0) to achieve same functionality as the T_CRIT_A pin on the LM77 and set THIGH value desired along with the Fault Queue bits you desire (this is debounce).

There are several remote temperature sensors, with an I2C interface, which have two pins for an "alert" or control feature. LM95235, LM95245, TMP43x, TMP45x, TMP41x, TMP46x.
