We are using MPN: TMP75BIDGKT

Need your urgent advise on Quality Conformance Inspection (QCI) and Mechanical Tests methods

Does TI's Guidelines in compliance with the test methods of industry standard MIL-STD-883, Test Method 2010 (Internal Visual, Monolithic),

If not please advise which standard is applicable?

Thanks for the post and welcome to E2E!

We are looking into this - we certainly have a visual inspection method which is documented, but I have had to reach out to our Quality folks to see which standards those might be based on. Will get you an answer by early next week.

Hu -

I have reached out internally - did not get a response yet - and therefore reached out to another one of our Quality folks - as soon as I get an answer I will respond. Based on the non-answer so far, I would assume we don't use the MIL-STD directly - as this would be uncommon for a catalog device and the multiple visual inspections we do on this particular part as it is being made and packed do not reference the standard you are asking about.
