Based on the noise figure, the signal bandwidth and temperature, you should be able to calculate the thermal noise power.

I found some information about noise figure. Noise figure: 14 dB for AWR6843, NOT 9dB.

HI, Yunlong:

I assume that you need noise to calculate the SNR (signal to noise ratio), since the noise bandwidth outside of ADC sample rate will be filtered through all the down-sample filter in the RX chain,  we usually use IF bandwidth as noise bandwidth.  

Regarding SNR calculation, you can refer to equation (2) in the following document https://www.ti.com/lit/an/swra553a/swra553a.pdf.  

Noise Figure (NF) is used in that equation.
