    Hi SHH,

    The thermal resistance junction to bottom of the case is 17.0 C/W and to the top is 45.7 C/W.

    The power usage of the device depends on the input voltage, but the device uses so little power that heat dissipation will not be an issue. 

    The maximum operating temperature is 85C.

    The maximum case temperature is 150C.

    The maximum junction temperature is  150C.
