Hi Experts,

Our customer is looking for a RADAR which they can demonstrate in front of students and can record high resolution RADAR data. They are looking for a RADAR with a similar resolution like the one from the Astyx dataset. Furthermore, they want a 3D point cloud of all records and not only a list of detected objects. Such that they can do the detection task by themselves. They have found the MMWCAS-RF-EVM on our side and have seen the youtube video and would like to know, if this system fits their requirements and what they need to record data and save the 3D point cloud.

Hi,

The Cascade kit will allow only for capturing raw data. The raw data would have to be processed off line in matlab for example.

So, I don't think this is a good fit the the use case

I don't think TI has such a product. You would probably need to use a LIDAR type of sensor. TI does not manufacture LIDAR sensors
