My customers say that DCA1000EVM is bad, he wanna to exchange DCA1000EVM, please help to confirm that what some details of the EVM you need  and if the EVM meet the exchange need.

    Hi Adrian

    After radar_ FTDI port falls off, it can't work normally. It can work normally before. In the process of using, I used it normally. As a result, the port suddenly fell off. Because the EVM board has a three-month warranty period, I would like to ask whether it can be replaced with a new one.

    Hello William,

    Ok, I understand now. From the picture, it appears that the pads and connector were completely ripped from the board, so this would not be repairable. It would take some amount of force for this to happen, this would not usually happen through normal use. I am not sure that this would be eligible for a return as it seems that the damage was caused by mishandling the board.
