Hi team,

Question came up from a customer using our AWR family of mmWave components, including AWR1843. There are a few questions regarding the functional safety compliance of our SW tools.

Do we have any MISRA qualified software drivers for the AWR devices? If not, are there any recommended third parties to work with?

For our compiler, is it accepted by auto manufacturers as acceptable for functional safety applications? Does it impact ASIL level rating at all?

Hi,

The SYSBIOS for C6000 is not safety qualified.

The mmWave SDK drivers are not MISRA compliant.
