IWR6843AOP: Fall detection experimental setup

So what helps the mmWave radar work well is doppler or moving points. For example you can see the following experiment page.

What you will notice is that there are no points from the static furniture and the points are detectable because the person is moving around in the frame. 

With all that said, if you are looking to just capture the falling action of the mannequin, this would have doppler and create detectable points.

However for scenarios where the mannequin is completely still, that may not be tracked well with the mmWave radar. I am not sure if this exists but another team was doing stationary testing with a baby doll figure that had features such as breathing and heartbeat which helped create movement points for the mmWave radar to detect. https://www.ashtondrake.com/products/301881001_bella-rose-lifelike-baby-doll.html?cm_ven=GPS&cm_cat=Google%7CProductAds&cm_pla=12322031970%7C116065550325&cm_ite=301881001&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI_7O8gfaJ9QIV1hvUAR1f7wB0EAQYAiABEgJonfD_BwE I am not sure if a mannequin or humanoid figure with those features exist.
