Do we have the any value for isolation barrier of the package (mold resin) with TMP6131ELPGMQ1?
My customer needs this value because motor coil is so close to the TMP61, and they want to know the limit of distance.
(Fill the gap between the coil and the TMP61 with a thermoconductive adhesive.)

Yes, the thermoconductive adhesive is "SE4485". Please calculate the breakdown voltage.

From the details provided, it would be best for your customer to completely cover the LPG package and any exposed metal from the legs to meet their goal. The adhesive will eliminate the dielectric of the air at temperature and humidity, which would drop the breakdown very quickly.
The distance between the plastic of the part and closest leg varies slightly depending on whether they want to use the front or back to mount the part. Distance (1) in the image below is about 15 mils. Distance (2) is about 12 mils. From the datasheet of the SE4485 adhesive, the breakdown voltage of 483V/mil will apply.
For distance (1) this provides 7.24kV and for distance (2) this provides 5.79kV. Either scenario will exceed the 1.5kV breakdown voltage that is needed if the adhesive covers the part entirely.
