AWR1843BOOST: TI Cloud agent launch error

Part Number: AWR1843BOOST

I am trying to run the out of box demos on AWR1843BOOST using the mmwave demo visualizer 3.5.0

I am running it on Chrome (latest - v97.)

I get the following error message :

"Could not launch TI Cloud Agent: Failed to start TICloudAgent: Native host has exited"

I have checked the following:

The TI cloud agent program has full permissions for admin as well as user.

8dot3name is enabled for all drives.

What else should I check ?

Thanks for your reponse.

I went through the older threads and could not find any points other than what I already checked.

The troubleshooting link referred in older posts http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/TI_Cloud_Agent#Troubleshooting is not accessible any more.

I did go through the link in the app https://software-dl.ti.com/ccs/esd/documents/ti_cloud_agent.html#troubleshooting only mentions the points I already checked.

I will look some more.

The downloaded version of Mmwave demo visualizer is working for me.

So I do not need the cloud version any more.
