Dear Texas Instruments,

We bought 2 pair of MMWCAS-DSP-EVM + MMWCAS-RF-EVM (invoice attached).

One MMWCAS-RF-EVM has physical defects what could be seen just after we unpacked it.

At least one component is missing from the board, and the antennas are dirty.

I would like to kindly ask another unit in change.

What is the procedure in such a case?
