After getting the development environment installed and functioning with adapted instructions, I've been able to get the the compiler to compile and work with a blackhawk debugger.
Setting the initial breakpoint at main. Fails to run, and always dumps out to the FaultISR.
i.e. The TI Example code dies in TI's own initialization routines.
I have not written any code yet, and I have no idea what is confusing TI's EVM code\compiler environment.
This is where the error occurs just before the EVM code crashes;
