IWR6843ISK: Can you figure out the coordinates of objects moving by 1mm?

I need to know the position of object moving each 1mm.

is it possible?

To be more specific, There's an object 10cm away from the radar. Can you detect the movement of the object if it moves 10.01cm distance?

I want to follow the position of an object about 13cm in size.

i want to get the coordinate of the object, whenever it moves.
