Here, as this is EP product, it has on the product page an Enhanced Product Qualification and Reliability Report. https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/sglk076
and where it lists ESD levels tested to 1kV for CDM and 4kV for HBM:

Thanks for pointing that out. The catalog and auto versions of this device do have ESD ratings, it looks like the -EP datasheet needs to be updated from an older TI format, which would by default then have the ESD ratings table that you/we all expected. Again, thanks for your observation.
