MMWAVE-STUDIO: Crashes with error

Hello Team,

I'm posting on behalf of my customer, please see the inquiry below:

Currently referring to this guide to set up my radar.

On step 5, I am using Teraterm to format the SSD, but the program keeps crashing with an error.

The crash seems to always happen after a certain amount of time. It works fine, then as I am going through the steps it just crashes.
