Greetings,

In the mmwaveicboost 5v led blinks continuously after I power on the adapter.

what could be the possible reason to it?

This usually happens when proper power is not reaching the components on the board. Please see the E2E thread below

I am guessing the 3.3V green LED next to the power input doesn't power up? If you don't get 3.3V at the SOP jumper, then Power management circuits might have gone bad.
