AWR2944EVM: Configuring DMM for direct ADC data injection

I am trying to configure direct injection of ADC data on the AWR2944 EVB. From previous discussions on the TI forums I learn that this can be done via the DMM (Data Modification Module).

I was able to find one application note (I have pasted the cover page of that document here below) but for a different part number.

I had the following questions:

1. Do we have an application note/example code for direct ADC data injection for the AWR2944?

2. Do we need external hardware to do the data injection?

Hi,

We don't have yet an application note for ADC data injection. We are working on it but don't have yet a completion date.

Chapter 27 of the TRM describes the interface

Yes, external hardware is needed to do the data injection

Hello Anand,

For achieving playback in AWR2944, we recommend using the CSI Interface.

A standard CSI transmitter can be used here. More details can be found in the TRM as specified by Cesar in his previous reply.
