Thank you for contacting Texas Instruments. USB3.0 requires physical hardware that could support higher speed. xWR6843AOPEVM are compatible with USB2.0 protocol with 12 Mbps full speed mode only (Not high speed mode).
However we could connect to USB3.0 ports and USB3.0 host controller in the PC checks for the speed compatibility of the device connected it’s downstream port and appropriately select the right speed that hardware is capable of. Please note that the power consumption is much higher at this speed.
