IWR6843AOP: Parts and software required for fall detection in hospital

Part Number: IWR6843AOP
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MMWAVEICBOOST, IWR6843ISK-ODS

I'm writing to this thread after being redirected by support.

I'm working in a collaboration with a university and the biggest hospital in the country on patient monitoring system in the ward of geriatrics. Our primary focus is patient fall detection (but we are also interested in breath or hearth rate analysis if it's possible using mmWaves). We wanted to evaluate if your sensors might be a good replacement for 3D cameras and pose estimation.

I encountered a video with a solution which seem to pretty much fulfil our needs: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lsIo_HIk4GY

I'm looking for information on what hardware is necessary to make mmWave fall detection presented in aforementioned video work. I'd also appreciate guidance on how to work out the software side.

Is IWR6843AOP evaluation module enough or do I need additional TI hardware? Can I use i.e. Nvidia Jetson as a base board?
Do you provide any guidelines on how to set up things from the software perspective?

Best regards and appreciate the help!
