TMP117EVM: time interval changes

We tested both the cloud-based and the latest downloaded GUI versions using a 1s register auto read delay, and we were unable to reproduce the same anomaly. After letting the EVM log for an hour it did not slow at all in timing.

Do you know what GUI version the customer is using? Can you provide any information about the setup or other settings they have changed?

Additionally, Do you think that old firmware in the MSP430 (of EVM) would be a problem?

Dear Chase - 

The firmware in the MSP430 on the EVM is nothing more than a pass-through (USB2ANY, in this case USB to/from I2C) to the GUI.

Looks like they changed default sensor configuration settings (for conversion averaging and conversion cycle) - on my side this did change the rate at which data is reported. 

Is this a real issue for them?
