Hi Team,

My customer is testing the IWR6843AOPEVM with the Gesture Recognition demo. The GUI worked for them, but gesture recognition did not. Can you please provide some guidance? Do you need any logs or similar to check?

    Hello Daniel,

    Can you please confirm which gesture demo they are testing with? I just set up the Multi Gesture and Motion Detection and the gesture output is working properly. Please also confirm which version of the toolbox you are using.

    Note: the "gesture and Presence Detection" lab is not compatible with the AOP device, it only works with the IWR6843ISK device as per the user's guide. If you are trying to use a different demo please let me know.
