Hi Team,

My customer is testing the EVM with the Vital Signa demo. The GUI froze right after program launch, not usable. Can you please provide guidance? Please let me know what information you need to diagnose the problem

    Hi Daniel,

    Can you share which version of our Vital Signs demo you are using (i.e. 68xx Vital Signs or 3D People Counting with Vital Signs?), the version of the industrial toolbox you are using (i.e. 4.10.1) and any error messages you may be getting when the GUI freezes (if any)?

    This will help me diagnose the problem.
