IWR1843: Reflow oven

Hi team,

My customer is using IWR1843 in a radar application: the part will be mounted on a double-sided PCB, which will go into the reflow-oven twice.

They are asking me if IWR1843 can go into the oven twice: do you know about that?

If you can share oven profile of IWR1843 it would be appreciated

Yes, it would could go a double-sided PCB reflow process.

You could refer to below app-note on the reflow oven profile.
