TMP421: BUSY Signal

I have three questions regarding the TMP421:

1.       If I want to read the temperature regularly do I have to check the BUSY signal before reading or is it enough to wait a certain amount of time and then just read?  If the latter, how much time?

2.       Is it possible to read invalid data if I read while BUSY is high or will I just get the previous value? 

3.       If both the local and remote temperatures are enabled does that impact how frequently I can read?

    1. You can read whenever you want.

    2. You will receive the most recent result.

    3. Conversion time is 115ms per channel. Local and Remote are separate channels. Therefore, you will only observe a new temperature in either channel every ~230ms. (This is true for the default conversion rate 0x07. See Table 7 for other conversion rates.)
