I need more clarification regarding what this SC parameter is meant to be. The description is not clear to me. Is this meant to be a quality related parameter? Or is this something else?

Hi Scott,

The customer said that this stands for "semiconductor components". Other manufacturers have given a value of <=1ppm. The customer doesn't have any further info - this is a requirement from the tier 1 oem.
