Could u give me a recommendation to replace FDC2212?
One of my customer want to use FDC2212 to test the capacitance change from 5pF to 20pF between two metal chips.

Depending on the resolution they need, you could use the FDC2112 instead. The FDC2112 operates at a faster sample rate but has less resolution than the FDC2212. If not, the FDC2214 is just a 4 channel version of the FDC2212. If using the FDC2214, you can leave the unused channels disconnected and make sure they are not used in the device settings.

The other capacitive sensor we have to offer is the FDC1004, but it is a different architecture and would require a different design approach than the previously mentioned devices.
