Hi team,

Could you advise how and how much does Oscillator accuracy impact the measurement accuracy?

And could you give me a guideline for me to determine the oscillator requirement.

    Hello, 

    Any noise or jitter on the oscillator will translate directly to the measurement. If you need high accuracy, it is best to get a high resolution oscillator. Additionally, temperature drift of the oscillator will impact the measurement so it is is important to have a low drift over temperature for high accuracy systems. Here are the specs on the internal oscillator: 

    For high resolution applications, we recommend using an external oscillator with better performance.
